Joined Abberton from neighbours Birch & Layer Breton having previously played for the now-defunct Paxmans. A solid, dependable early order batsman, he always scores his runs at a decent pace and displays sharp running between the wickets.

He is also a competent, if somewhat unwilling stumper. Even older than Johnny G, but often puts some of the youngsters to shame in the field.
